Dear sir, Duet TN59BJ5781 online complaint 11180 - 1021 - 37. In spite of compliant about the faulted engine in my dute scooter within 28000 kms . The compliant was closed simply stats that the warranty is valid only for 5 years. I know that the warranty is expired after 5 years . After 2 years itself I have faced numerous issue with engine at that time they convinced me as the problem with battery and changed the battery and other things. Now only the dealer says the problem with engine. So the esteemed dealer and manufacture wait till the expiry of warranty and inform the engine fault. The poor customer want to bear all the cost and your dealer Nithya Motors,Karaikudi has given estemate Rs.11476/-for repair and service chg.As a reputed company you must justify the issue and find a good solution.I hope the same.

I purchased a bike on 2 nov 21 on the occassion of dhanteras. I find some defects after arriving my home ,next day i visited showroom to tell about that defects ..they said it will be repaired at the time of first service ...now first service has been completed ..they repaired only minor things on my new bike ....from that day to till now I almost visited 15 times to resolve my issue but they said it will be resolved soon... please help . I'm a student and don't want to tolerate this anymore...

I suggest all the people not to buy any bike from hero motors worst company services. And specially passion pro bike..I have battery issue . I changed my battery on 20 oct 2021 now, today when I started my bike self problem came . I take my bike to the service center of Ayanagr . Thier they say your battery is again defective. How can a battery can damage in 2 months and now they saying that we can not change your battery because your warranty is over.

Hello Team, I am from Hyderabad, I have purchased Hero Glamour latest edition 2021, 3 months back. from the time it got delivered it had a starting problem, I have waited for initial 2 weeks and I thought as it was new so it's giving some issue, but the issue is keep on coming, I have visited service center couple of times, they kept my bile for 4 days to get it repaired. but, after 2 weeks the same problem has come back. As I have received a fault one I have demanded a refund/exchange for the other one. they are least bothered about my issue. every time I ask they say they will get it repaired. don't know what they are doing. but the issue keep on coming. i am now frustrated with these issues. can you please help me? Worst services I have ever encountered. Bad customer service. Their staff lacks knowledge. If you don't know the stuff they will rob you. I had a lot of trouble after buying a bike from here. I never recommended anyone. Seriously very irresponsible staff over there. Worst experience. After selling the car, it seems as if the responsibility of their car ends, there is no responsibility towards the customer, no help is available on contact, this is their worst service so far

Duet TN59 BJ 5781 I have purchased the above vechile at Madurai Tamilnadu state on 08.03.2016 Chassis no - MBLJF16ETFGK11721 Engine no - JF33AAFGK14193 For the past 5 years I am using as single hand .Since I am a senior citizen I have handle the same in a soft manner. I am used Hero vechiles only and purchsed only thro your dealer. Also I am doing periodical service with your authorised dealer Mani Nagappa Motors Madurai P Ltd,K.K.Nagar,Madurai,625 001 .For the past 1 year I am facing Numerous problem .Due to self starting problem they asked to me to change the battery for starting issues. Now they are telling that engine was to be repaired. For that they informed Rs 15 thousands will be rough estimate.It seems to very much. Total mileage is around 28000 Kms . I think it must be product defect. So please check and resolve the issue at the earliest.Being a longtime customer and having immense faith with hero moters. I Hope that you take a special attention and resolve the issue at the earliest with nominal charge

I am a customer of Hero Jassi Motors Mainpuri Uttar Pradesh, I have not completed my entire age with bike. It has been 11 months. Even after getting all the services done on the agency itself, there is a problem in starting the bike. Visited the agency several times and showed it, but Baha's staff did not see it properly and said it is correct. When I showed the bike on 15th October, the staff member said that the fuel tank pump is bad.And he said that the pump is not available yet. It will take 2 to 3 days. Dear Sir 4 months back I purchased Hero Glamour bike from Bhanu Automobiles in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. There is a problem with Gears in my bike. Bike is not stopping at Neutral position, it's showing as "N" but not stopping. Three times I went to service center and explained about the problem. They couldn't be able to solve the problem. Last month I have given bike 2nd service to Vishal motors in Chintal, Hyderabad and explained about the problem. They checked and said that problem is with Gear shaft assembly and will replace. But without replacing the part they completed the service. Still same problem is there. When I asked about the problem they are saying that they placed the order for Gear shaft Assembly and it is not available now, whenever we receive the part we will replace the part.. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP

I want to register a complaint about my hero bike which is Xtreme 200R had a Engine issue. My Engine making more noise and also emitting white smoke in large quantity. I had taken my bike in showroom on 25/08/2021 and shown to them they where saying that engine Bore need to be replace. I said ok and requested to change my bike Engine Bore under warranty. It's already one and half month passed no response form service center I. e R & D motors, Goa. Please look into this matter.

I have purchased bike Hero HF Deluxe before two month back. Within 2 month damaged fuel pump and Battery. I have called service center regarding fuel pump they have took 11 days for changing fuel pump. Regarding Battery i have called to Dealer ( sales Person) he is not ready to co-operate us and he is not qualified how to talk with customer. Dealer is not ready co-operate to us i have called 4-5 times to Ranjeet Motors Thane. Very poor feedback.

Before forth service engine sound abnormal said bikes changed some parts, have waited for initial more than a week and I thought as it was new so it's giving some issue, but the issue is keep on coming, I have visited service center couple of times, they kept my bike for a day to get it repaired. but, after a day the same problem has come back. Now I have demanded a refund/exchange for the other one. they are least bothered about my issue. every time I ask they say they will get it repaired. don't know what they are doing. but the issue keep on coming. i am now frustrated with these issues. can you please help me? We have booked a super splendor vehicle in Jaya Vilas in Madurai and paid the Full amount thereby immediately. But the show room manager called us and showed two vehicles and we selected one of them. There after all the RTO procedures are over and the day we went for taking delivery of super splendor we found the vehicle is not in road worthy condition and asked the show room manager about it. The service engineers of the show room tested the vehicle and told us that there is a bend in the hand bar and the fork. Now they are convincing me to take the delivery of the vehicle. I don't want to take the vehicle. I need a new one. Kindly bring a solution to my problem

Today we have sent my bike to Hero Showroom , Shiva Motors, Nerkundram, Chennai - 107. The service was not good and up to the level. When I asked to clean one side of the bike, the concerned person is asked"whats your age" and didn't do it. Already at the time of bike delivery, the showroom manager was rude to us. This is the second time, they are insulting us. I kindly request you to tell your associates to talk atleast in a soft way. Very worst ambience and behaviour.

Sir i have purchased splendor hero motor cycle from jaswant motors jalandhar vide invoice#10000BB21S438DT12-2-2021.since then m/ cycle running with some defects / creats problem while driving .ie duling driving when i slow down the speed of m/cycle it goes off in any gear second when i use break of back wheel . different sounds are ringing / comming from break.i have taken two services for motor cycle from jaswant motor jallandhar they say all is well now but the defect still pending.kinlly ask the agency to set right the same

I want to register a complaint about Hero service. My bike splendor+ was suddenly off when i m drive and engine smells like something is burning inside. We done our service on 12/08/21 at Surat jalaram auto till now we done 5th service but still we don't need any best result. Very bad experience with Hero. Hello , I would like to understand the service center mentality and delivery teams moto, I bought my HONDA DIO in sep'21 they delivered a faulty vehicle (fuel tank indicator is not working from the day 1) I have informed the service center during my delivery itself they asked to come later and they promised they will rectify it but days goes by I gave my vehicle for the 1st service two days back. 1st day - they said they will deliver my vehicle after service the same day evng itself so I have planned accordingly but they didn't even call or update anything, after 5 pm they are saying like it will take time till tomorrow ( WHY THERE IS NO PROPER COMMUNICATION TO THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE ). 2nd Day - I was waiting for the call again today but same story follows still they are saying it is not ready and no ETA. May I know is it legal to deliver a faulty vehicle and not taking proper action on complaints.

I have purchased Splendor+BS6 I3S DRS CAST FI BLACK RED on 4.7.2021 from your dealer SAI BIKES, 6(E),1st stage, Peenya Indl Area, Lakshmidevi Ngr,Tumkur road, Bangalore-560058. My vehicle registration no. KA O4 KF 3534 and it's Engine no.HA11EYM5G53789 and Chassis no.MBLHAW127M5G06961 on invoice no. 11535BH21S1214 dated 4.8.2021).Kms covered = 550kms. My complaints is from the date of purchasing, I am facing Gear assembly noise (Too much Gear whirring, roaring, or humming noise) in my vehicle. The noise is coming in gears assembly ( In all gears, 1st gear to 4th gear). Regarding the gear noise Your company TSM and Technical person were inspected and told that this noise is common for all Splendor Plus - BS6 model, So we can't do nothing. So I told them that I will not agree this statement, because this is manufacturing defect and this noise is comeing due to 2 reasons. 1) the noise problem is due to Too much backlash, As the gears operate with too much backlash, they produce friction and heat. The too much backlash can cause gear noise (whirring, roaring, or clunking). 2) If noise is common in all engines , then it may be incorrect center of the main shaft and Output shaft in crankcase. I have worked as a service Engineer for 14 years in Kinetic Engineering Ltd, and 6 years in Kinetic Motor Ltd, R&D - Vehicle Testing department - Pune. So I have a good experience in two wheelers (Bike and Scooters). I am sure that this noise is coming from gears assembly due to too much backlash of main shaft gears and output shaft gears. So Please give me your suggestions, what do I do? To solve this noise problem. Regards Paramadasan.R

Dear Hero Team, On 6-11-2020 I Purchased brand new HF Deluxe from you.Upon driving the bike.I discovered that On Off Issue daily basis nd Tyre Tube Punchuter Issue. I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and i find the situation very irritating new bike done to do that. While i do understand that manufacturing error to happen still i can't comprehend the fact that the bike was not tested before handover.This is not the type product.i would have expected from a manufacture of your size and reputation. i demand replacement of bike, refund,fixing the problem etc. as well as compensation for waste of my time and money. Respected Sir u am customer of our bike sir I have purchased splender + from chavan automobile solapur month end of August 2021 Sir I have purchased your bike Worth rupees 84000 on road sir I have purchased that bike with charger point but time of delivery they provide me non chargebl point bike I asked why r u sell this bike to me they told me by mistake . We have provide this bike to you and they reduced RS 600 and return to me , I accepted this mistake when time come for first servicing I told same complaint regarding bike as a it's off in running ,starting problem, sir now I have completed 3 servicing every time I have told this complaint to workshop but they are not full fill complaint. This month dated 21/12/2021 I have problem of battery they told me your battery is not working we will arrange the new replacement battery but they take my battery on 21/12/2021. But today men's 2/1/2022 I have not received details of battery. Today my bike is not working men's not redyto drive Sir my gate very bad service from this distributors. Since the purchase of Hero Maestro Edge was not able to start smoothly. I have to try hard to start. Even after purchasing of a couple of days bike failed to start I& service man tho the vehicle for my residence. After a change of some parts similar issues I faced. Now yesterday only brought a vehicle for service but was surprised similar result. Please help you get rid from it.
