Every company has some issues with their products and services. They have their special dispute redressal departments. When the company is not solving the issues that the consumers are supposed to resolve, they have to knock at the door of the consumer complaint forum of their locality. If you want to file an online complaint against Yamaha Motors, you also follow the specific criteria. The details will be discussed gradually. Before that, let us learn about Yamaha Motors in India.

Yamaha Motors India

Yamaha Motors India, a subsidiary company of the renowned Japanese Yamaha Motor Company, made its journey into the market in India in 1985. The company collaborated in India with Escorts Group, in 2001. After detaching from the joint venture, Yamaha Motors in India has been dedicated to manufacturing high-performing motorcycles, superbikes, and scooters to match with the Indian streets and market. As its origin is in Japan, Indian consumers receive high quality, high performing, technically topper bikes along with the service standards.

However, some consumers reported that some models of the company are not reliable in some parameters. They have some engine problems, occasional performance glitches, electrical components, availability of spare parts, and so on. In this way, the overall consumer experience affects the reputation of the company.  They also complain that they do not get proper responses from the end of the issue-resolving team. Hence they have to visit the specific consumer complaint forum or consumer redressal commission of the government.

Dear sir, I have recently purchased yamaha R15 V4 blue color bike, 2 months approx with 3000km. I want to say your service is just rubbish, so many problems are there in my bike and the company service is not resolving the problem. Shelf start problem, not taking pick up, speed issue, noise in the disc brake......and after visiting many times to the service centre the staff has suggested me to put 1 jug water every morning before ride, means such a rediculus response. please resolve this issue, otherwise exchange my bike, or return my money. Sincerely yours, Santosh Kumar rajwar, M. No. 8210267172, West Bengal, Kolkata
