Byjus person who come for demo and the information given by the mentor total missmatch. They will force us into byjus program, still we managed to cancel within 2 days and cancellation team and support team will not do the cancellation process at the same time AVANCE(Finance team) will force us to pay the money else they threaten us to affect our civil score. All are pure culprits I have all the audio clips of false promises of misleading activity our cancellation request number is *27172830 but it's been a week it has been generated, daily Avance team does not forget to give threatening calls I have kept my account balance zero. What is the solution now????

I sent a mail to BYJUS, this was my 6th mail yet no response came from their side. Please help. I come from a very normal middle class family single women earning only few thousands for a month. After a heavy struggle I paid Rs 8000 to BYJUS for my son's tution fees. But suddenly he met with an accident and fractured his full arm in an accident the doctor asked to take rest for atleast for 3 months. Due to which I requested the mentor to cancel my fees through cancellation. After many calls, MSG's, chats, emails their was no response. It's been almost more than a month I paid the tution amount. They seam to can't keep their word. Please help me refund my money. ASAP. Note: 1)In the email they gave a customer support number to call. I have called several times but they didn't revert. The number is 9243500459 name of the concerned person is Vignesh, he has talked to me before couple of times (joining the class)now he's completely ignoring my calls. Actually this guy contacted me for the 1st time regarding BYJUS online classes for my son, his number 8610360876. 2) Then suddenly another guy started to have conversation with me regarding online classes saying that he will mentoring for my son's classes. From last 1 month we are continuously trying to cancel our subscription and also refund our deposit Money of Rs 5000/- and also loan process,but every time their staff told us it was under process but till now no cancellation taken and IIFL team calling me and told that deposit your EMI unless it affects your CIBIL score . What a hilarious situation company not cancellation my subscription and loan team harrashed me.

I also purchase byjus jee course. teaching methods is not good I not able to understand the teaching methods i call my councellor i told my problem . She told me many reasons to continue watching the videos for one month. It's not first time many time he telling more reson to continue to learning.so i call my mentor told him to cancel my subscription but she not responding properly she told reson continue watching the videos. So i am help less now

I had been taken Byjuss cource of my Daughter and Son last 3 months. And they have been assurance that 85 percentage look in their study but nothing support and no any feedback by thier support team and even By Mentors. After 2 months I have been mail and for cancellation of said course but they are not responding. And always Avhance finance team tolerate and badly behave for their emi. I have been mail 2-3 times but not any reply even on phone not pick up by Counceller Mr Suraj Podutwar. They are just as a advertising of education nothing looking inside Byjuss all of fake in their teaching method and just played as a game on tab. Kindly help me for cancellation of my Daughter and Son course. As early as possible. Finance team always teasing me and always call....they can't understand how impact of other by their behave. Byju's team is cheating persons by calling them and confirming the request getting money but for cancellation the past request compelling to submit NACH Mandate which is again a fraudulent way to take your money. There is number of complaint against the company but still they are on there way to make people fool. Hence raise your voice against the injustice.

Dear sir, I purchased the course for 10th, 11th, and 12th but the product quality is not upto the mark, and Avensu financial services persons forcing to pay the emi 10 days before the actual date so I planned to surrender the product but byjus not ready to accept the cancellation. Financial persons also condineously called and forcing to pay. Kindly do the needful to cancel the course. Thank you
