Hi GoIbibo team, I have booked tickets from GoIbibo for travelling to India with PNR : RWIJKB and the original date of travel was 29APR2020 and due to covid19, the flights got cancelled and i have contacted GoIbibo atleast 20-30 times with no luck and no one there to support further to reschedule\refund ; with lot of disappointment, i have called Etihad and they have moved my schedule further without extra cost (PNR: ZWNJLA) - really appreciate Etihad for having great customer service. Since there are no flights to India, I have called Etihad to provide refund and they have clearly mentioned that Travel Agent(Goibibo) can process refunds in their system directly. And i tried to get atleast a contact number on GoIbibo website - no luck and none contacted, raised a complaint through resolver.in as well If you could help too, approx.45K INR and is huge amount for me

I preferred my colleagues also to use Goibibo . But this year I book my flight Delhi to goa nd Goa to Delhi nd it's cost almost 30000 for 2 people. So I booked my flight . I reach Goa on 22/feb/22 night after 5 days I return form Goa to Delhi 27/Feb/22 I reach airport 4:30am Early morning my flight 6:30am ... But there is long waiting list for check-in so i m waiting for my number finally my number came for check -in.. And she told me boarding closed I already informed her I am waiting in line because is so long lane... But she told me sorry sir... So I cancelled my flight nd I book train ticket. so i want to go outside airport but all are bzy so he told me again wait after 30min one of staff come with us nd he help us for reach outside . i took taxi and directly go railway station. It's not my mistake but company nd gobibibo didn't give me refund of my flight... Gobibibo just send me only 400 something... I booked one side flight ticket 15000rs. Sorry but it's not fare so I stop using gobibibo nd now I didn't recommend to my friends nd colleagues also.

Hello.. we tried to book flights to Maldives.. after payment of round trip, they said one way is cancelled and will be refunded.. now we don’t see the confirmation of other half aswell.. nor that we have received any refund from them .. it’s nearly 31000.. no customer care number works of goibibo ..kindly help us

I BOOKED FLIGHT THROUGH GOIBIBO WHICH WAS CANCELLED DURING LOCKDOWN. Now the airline has refunded the full amount to GOIBIBO but I have not received any refund of the same in my bank account through Goibibo as was requested by me. The app shows that they have not received any refund amount from Airline. I have tried calling the customer care numbers of Goibibo but none of them are operational. I have put sent a few emails but no response to them as well. Please suggest what to do?

refund of cancelled ticket is shown as go cash balance. but in real terms goibibo is not allowing any booking using that balance. No means of contacting them.

Quite surprising such thieves are still surviving. I had a ticket in July 2020 for Mumbai-Kochi-Mumbai by GoAir. Due to Covid flight was cancelled, and GoAir has refunded the money GOIBIBO. Goibibo does not want to return the money. So my request to air travellers; not to book any ticket through any web booking agents.

My travel from chennai to Tirunelveli date 9.9,2021 . your bus operators not picked my call .But I am boarding point stand on time . your operators sent bus normal town bus . He told sleeper bus cansel. Without any inform for me and you . I am shocked, my plan told waste . So I am upstanding. Kindly send our ticket amount refund . I have booked 4 flight tickets from goibibo. Out of which 3got booked and 1 sisn't. But my money got debited for that ticket. On calling them on their toll free, they are saying that you will get your refund goe that ticket in 3days. But still have not got the refund and they have not given any mail id for complaining and even now after calling on their toll free, it is saying that from this mob no there is not any booking in last 10hrs and call gets disconnected. What should i do now?

I tried doing a web check-in, selected the seat and did the payment. But after that nothing progressed. I didn't get my boarding pass and also got my ticket deducted.

I made booking for flights frim goIbibo and later because of COVID it get canceled. I got refund as goCash balance with no expiry. I used half of the goCash balance. After using that my balance directly showing 0 without any history of records. I tried contacting and mailing to goibibo but nothing response has been shared with me. I've proof of goCash history which I've spent. Hence willing to move forward to logde a complaint.
