Review State Laws and Regulations

Agents and sellers must disclose all information related to fees and usable areas of the property. Learn them intently.
Before establishing your complaint, you should contact the real estate agency or company directly.
Mention the concerns about monetary fraud, communication gap, or whatever happens to you related to miscommunication and fraudulent faces.
After raising a complaint, you have to ask for a resolution through a refund or service acceptance about the current fees. Mention then that you may proceed to the consumer forum. This process may resolve your issue easily.
Choose the perfect consumer forum
You have to raise a consumer complaint to the respected forum. There are three consumer courts to protect consumer rights. Depending on the monetary loss, the consumer forum needs to select.

Any consumer dispute redressal commission is a quasi-judicial system. When it comes to the district consumer dispute redressal commission, you will get an appointed district judge or equivalent to a district judge. The state government establishes the DCDRC in each district so that the deceived customers get help here. However, the loss amount of consumers must be in ?1 crore. If the amount crosses the mentioned loss amount, you have to file the case to the state consumer forum. In this way you have to file a Real Estate Complaint against hidden charges of frauds.
This consumer court helps provide the solutions at the state level. However, SCDRC only accepts the case, in which the dispute amount would be between ?1 crore and ?10 crore. If the amount is more than the mentioned amount, the case goes to the national consumer forum.
National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission is a quasi-judicial body that is associated with the judges to solve consumer complaints when the dispute amount would be from ?10 crore to any higher amount.
If you do not get a satisfactory solution from the NCDRC, you can raise a complaint to the Supreme Court of India. Hopefully, they will resolve your issue. They are the last point in India to get a judgment.
Now, you have to select the consumer redressal commission according to the dispute amount.
Consult a Layer
There are certain rules in filing consumer complaint cases in the respective court. You cannot raise a case directly to the court. At the very beginning, you have to send a formal notice to the real estate agent or landlord. You have to follow up with the notice at least 3 times and mention that you will take further steps in the consumer forum if it is not resolved out of court.
For wiring a legal notice, and fighting in the court for you, you have to hire an expert lawyer who will take the necessary steps to do the same. If you have strong points to file a Real Estate Complaint against the fraudulent agent, you will get perfect resolution, compensation, and the cost for the litigation. However, you may not get all at a time or partially from the court.
Use social media and disclose the case
Social media is a great platform to submit strong opposition against fraudulent cases whether it is a financial fraudulent cases for real estate or any other cases. You can tag the specific agent or company and disclose the faults that happened to you. The social platform will be aware of the concern, the person or company will feel shame and the resolution provided by the consumer forum will prove the discrepancy happened to you. It is a great social awareness and shameful revenge. However, you have to be factual and tag the relevant parties to get maximum results.

Hello Forum. I had booked a Site in Bangalore and iam a resident of Bangalore. Well I had booked a site with oraiyan group. Where the corporate office is suited near Ragigudda. Jp nagar Bangalore. They took 50000 thousand as booking. As I had told that I couldn't pay 1 lakh and they agreed for it. While booking the site there was person by Name Manjunath. Who is a 100% Fraud . He told there would be no cancelation charges retained by the company and we booked the Site. Later we had some financial crisis and there was some other purchase Commitment came. I couldn't have managed the EMI in both the places infact I told them. Later they told 30% would cut . At the time of booking I asked about this clause. They said don't worry it would be taken care. The worst part was so called Ceo of the Company had agreed and now they have given cheque of 35000. I would request buyers in Bangalore no to approach this people they are not professionals. Please don't wast your hard earned money. Kindly take this feedback seriously in the forum.

i was looking for flat in pune wagholi area ,I got the call from 7720056464 and she said that she is agent & due to pandemic they will charge 50% of brokerage i agreed after that she sent one agent this person shown me flat which was liked me. She said you have to pay 5000Rupees as advance booking amount then you will get the flat on 2nd May . But due to pandemic it was not happened which was explained and accepted .after that i called her many times but she did not replied on messages on calls. After so many trails one guy pickup phone and said that owner was not picking phone so you can shift so i said show me other flat ,then he(agent) arranged on more flat but he was not present which flat i don't like and i said show me other flat but after trying so many calls agent didn't pickup calls not answering properly hence i required my 5000 money from him . Transferred money on 9607550555 trough google pay, kindly help to get the amount .
