very poor customer service from both dealer and company end.i bought jupiter classic on october 21 but till date rc not received and no one from dealership is bother to inform me the delay reason or contact me so i share my views on fb on 11 th march 2022 and tvs replied me back that they will contact me..but till date no one contacted.so its cleared that after taking the money they are really dont care about their customer..so next time i will make sure that no one in my known circle go for the tvs brand.i also thinking of selling out my scooty but i am so unfortunate with out rc i cant do that..so i think i have to make my veh as scarp

Sir, My vehicle [ TVS NTORQ SUPER SQUAD EDITION ]body part has a scratch issue at the time of delivery. I was immediately reported the issue at the service center. Then the service agent was tolded me, the issue of the piece replaced only in the first service of my vehicle.But in the first service agent was not willing to solve my issue, because they telling it has no sticker [ Smart Connect ] at the place. So sir please take a solution for this complaint.
