Dear sir my consumer number in UPPCL in rural area is 8673903000. I am facing faulty bill reading entered by data entry department and there is huge difference between actual reading and uppcl online reading recrod , it approx 3500 units extra entered . Few days ago local team came to disconnect Supply but when I saw actual bill or meter reading they advised to go to bijli office and correct bill . I regularlly going but no profit to waist time. My actual bill amount is 1677 and showing online 15755 which is wrong. We have tried to communicate with local team but not give any response and create lots of problems.local team did not get any help for me.why this is done by electricity board.

Supplier is sending wrong bill every month without taking meter reading. due to this we have burden at the last of year with huge amount of due bill. So I am not submit the bill since Jun 2017. We have tried to communicate with local team he is not give any response and create lots of problems.and my connection is disconnected by local team last 6 month ago. Dear Sir, I am A Retired Air Force Veteren,residing at D-12,JAL Vayu Vihar,Sector-21,Noida.My Account ID is..7905452000.Few days back Mr Amit,Meter Reader,was on rounds to Read the Meters in the sector and upload it. As he uploaded my Reading, I got an automatic immediate Message which was a whopping amount in excess of Rs 85000/.I was able to meet Mr Amit within the sector,who readily came to check and voluntarily accepted his mistake of punching the first digit of the reading as 8 instead of 3.This added 50000 Units to the figure of my Last Present Reading of 38493. Me Amit has promised to have this corrected once staff resume their work,which is disrupted at present due. covid Lockdown. Should I wait and for how long.Kindly advise.

Hi sir the problem is light is not working correctly even fan are not running properly i have complaint power house the staff saying that we haven’t staff to solve your problem. JE also saying that staff is not in under my control. we have many problems regarding light in my area recently meter reading done after 8 month. Regarding this I have also completed responses from JE that i have not enough staff to done meter reading monthly.
