Step 2: Upon acknowledging the same if the concerned bank does not bother to resolve your issue, you can directly highlight the issue before the Branch manager of the concerned bank escalating the whole incident along with the requisite documents, and request him to do the needful in order to resolve the same.
Step 3: Even after addressing the issue to the branch manager of the concerned bank, if your problem still remains unsolved, you can file a Consumer Complaint Online or offline in the Appropriate Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and claim necessary redressal.

Dear sir, I wish to inform you that on 28th June 2021, the amount INR 14906.46 and INR 5991.53 were transferred into the account of Nisar KP ( Current A/c No. 1307102000002226; IDBI Bank, IFSC - IBKL0001307) by mistake. In view of the wrongful transactions, the complaint requests were registered with HDFC Customer Care for the necessary actions and resolution in the matter.. The Customer Care Executive had assured with the mention that the matter shall be taken up priority and shall be resolved within 07 working days.. After a few days, HDFC Bank Support team informed me that it would take minimum 35 days from 30th June 2021.. In the meanwhile, the target time was approaching nearer, I request hem to know whether the issue will be resolved wihin target time to which the Support team asserted me that it will be resolved ASAP. It was a great shocker for me when I received a mail from the same Support team Associate today after 39 days stating that the issue can not be resolved and advised me to contact the beneficiary bank to look into the matter.. In view of the context, may I request you guide me as to how could I get justice.. Thank you, Vijay Kumar Giri
